Lower Roxbury Apartments
The resident-controlled housing resource is comprised of 11 building several block apart in Lower Roxbury. 70 units of family housing were preserved when these buildings were purchased by CLT in 1989. The buildings are home to many of African-American and Caribbean descent, as well as a small number of Latino families. 51 of the units benefit from project-based MRVP housing subsidies.
