Bowdoin Manor is close to stores, restaurants, hospitals, the Boston Common, the State House, and the Boston Gardens. Several subway stations are located just a short walk away, and numerous bus lines run through the area. Bowdoin has 120 SRO units equipped with sinks, refrigerators, microwaves, a twin size bed, and a dresser. There are two shared bathrooms on every floor. First floor units are wheelchair accessible. Laundry facilities are on site. Basic utilities are paid by the property owner.

Windsor House is a rooming house located in Lawrence, Mass. The building is located in a business district with shops and restaurants and is on the bus line. Windsor has 70 rooms equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, full size beds and dressers. In addition to basic utilities, we provide free cable television to all tenants at no additional charge. Laundry facilities and common-area kitchens are also on each floor.

Subsidized are available to HIV+ residents, and are 30-35% of the tenant’s monthly income and can be as little as $0/month. Applicants for these units must have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis letter and be low-income and homeless to qualify

Lower Roxbury Apartments is located in the Lower Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, between the South End and Roxbury. This property consists of 70 apartments located in 11 different beautiful, historic, brick buildings. Units range in size from one to four bedrooms. Units are recently renovated and feature hardwood floors, upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, new windows and fresh paint. Lower Roxbury Apartments is abutted by Northeastern University and is within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and parks. Ruggles Station and the Commuter Rail are a short walk away. Laundry facilities are available. All utilities are paid for by the tenant (heat and hot water are by gas), and tenants must provide their own refrigerator.
