Bowdoin Manor consists of 120 single rooms for clients of the Department of Mental Health, people with HIV/AIDS and the general low-income population. More than half of the units are subsidized and the remainder are kept well below current market rents. Bowdoin is comprised of three contiguous buildings, two blocks from the States House.
